My name is Frederieke Heddes. Languages have always fascinated me. I have finished high school with a Cambridge English Advanced C1 certificate and an IB English Higher Level C1 certificate. Next to this, I took all the languages the school had to offer. There is just something about languages, they are like puzzles. You can string many words together to convey a message but remove just one and you are saying something entirely different.

I got my bachelor’s degree in German language and culture at the University of Amsterdam. I wrote my thesis in 2020 and it got rewarded with an 8 out of 10. In the summer of 2019, I had the privilege of studying a semester abroad at the Freie Universität in Berlin.  In order to maintain my German language skills, I successfully completed a C1-exam at the Goethe-Institut in 2023.

I feel confident in these languages and I hope to share my passion for language with you all through my business!
